il pipistrello: Wine Packaging

In my search to determine what the focal point of my wine would be, I came across the Sardinian Long Eared Bat, a native to Sardinia - an island in Italy. It was said that this bat lived on the famous wine producing island before humans ever arrived and has maintained its residency ever since, surviving on many things, including delicious grapes. Leading me to the solution of “il pipistrello” or “the bat” and the three varietals of wine representing Day, Dawn, and Dusk.
